Lawrence River Trail
Meandering along the Kaw River, the River Trail is a wooded ten-mile single-lane loop located in North Lawrence. It's rated easy, but there are plenty of tight turns, rocks, logs, and poisonous snakes to keep you on your toes.
Directions:
On the north side of the Mass Street Bridge, go east on Elm Street. Turn right on 8th Street, look for the trailhead and park.
